In House Payment Plan
We’ve designed an in-house payment plan that makes your laparoscopic band surgery more affordable than ever before. The in-house payment plan is an affordable option which requires a small down payment of $2,900 followed by affordable monthly payments of $389 over the course of the 4 year post-op support program. This payment option allows you to easily spread the cost of your procedure, making payment easy and affordable.
Alternatively, a discounted rate of $16,000 is available when payment is provided up front and in full.

Payment options
We accept payment by cash, cheque, debit, money order and all major credit cards. You can also finance part or all of the surgery through Slimband’s affordable in-house payment plan.
